Thanks to a special coating, a simple wipe with a napkin is usually enough to keep it looking clean. But it’s better to wash it anyway. Remember this is very simple. And it doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen. Especially if you are not cooking for a family of 4-5 people, but for one or two people. And now let’s talk about the news! MIKU has new types of dishes. Among them are different types of thermos flasks and thermo mugs. I tested a thermo mug with a built-in French press and a stylish thermos flask with a practical locking mechanism and a built-in thermometer on myself.

Can you make drinks in a thermos?
A nice feature of a thermos is that tea and other beverages can be brewed in it instantly, so you don’t have to pour anything anywhere. Actually, that’s exactly what I did. I haven’t tried this thermos with cold drinks as the time of year doesn’t exactly call for something cold, but I enjoyed using it with hot drinks.
The thermos is made of food-safe stainless steel. The comfortable coating I mentioned above doesn’t let the handle slip in your hand even when the jug is full. But in this case it weighs more than two kilograms. To pour a drink from it, just press the button under your thumb. The valve at the bottom opens, the flow slightly opens the spout, and the drink is in a cup or glass.

The thermal mug that I also tried looks very similar to the usual one, but the most interesting thing is inside. There is a small but effective French press. Thanks to him, tea or coffee can be brewed directly in a mug and a drink without tea leaves and other suspended particles (fruits, berries and lemon slices) can be drunk.

You can even make coffee in this mug. Just throw in a few tablespoons of ground grains, pour boiling water over them, then use like a regular French press. But there is no need to pour the drink anywhere. Just close the lid and go. It is also convenient to pour tea or coffee at work. How long does a thermo mug stay warm?
The mug maintains the temperature of the drink for up to 6 hours. The lid is tightly twisted, and a special valve closes the neck. Even if you put the mug down, it won’t leak, meaning you can carry it in your bag or place it in the armrest of your car.
The heat inside is retained for up to 6 hours. Such a mug can be placed on the desk and will last almost the whole working day.
For myself, I noticed two more plus points of MIKU products that nobody talks about. This is to minimize the amount of dirty dishes.
