Here’s how to transfer all our data from one iPhone to another

We store a lot of information on our iPhones, so it’s important that we can easily and quickly transfer it from one phone to another when we buy a new iPhone. A process for which we are fortunate to have multiple options and resources a most comfortable transfer.

3. When the animation appears on the new iPhone, let’s focus it with the current one so that they can identify.
4. We wait for the message “Finish on the new iPhone” to appear.
5. In the new iPhone we enter the code of the current device and then configure Face ID or Touch ID.

Transfer all our data via iCloud or a backup

if we prefer Use an iCloud backup, the process is also really simple. Let’s also remember that if we recently bought a new iPhone, Apple offers us unlimited iCloud storage for several days to run the copy and restore it on the new iPhone. Something we can do something about directly from settings > Generally > Transfer or reset iPhone. Whether it is this type of copy or one that we already have in the cloud, we just have to decide Restore with an iCloud backup when setting up the new iPhone and that’s it.

The process is very similar when we choose Use a backup from a Mac or PC. All we have to do is back up the current iPhone using Finder or iTunes, set up the new iPhone and finally select it Recovery from Mac or PC. Then we simply connect the device to the computer, open iTunes or Finder, select the device and touch Restore Backup.
