  • charging power: Not all MagSafe chargers allow you to charge the iPhone with the same performance as Apple’s 15 w, but the Belkin MagSafe Pad does. It is recommended to use a USB-C power adapter (not included in either case) of at least 20W for a good experience.
  • Cable: The advantage of these MagSafe chargers over Qi bases is that you can charge the iPhone while using it without using the Lightning connection. We have more or less freedom depending on the length of the cable, and that of the Belkin BoostCharge MagSafe Pad is two meters and braided, making it more durable. The one for the Apple charger is a meter long and not braided, so you have to be more careful with it (because there are many complaints about its quality).
  • built-in support: The Belkin MagSafe Charger features a detachable stand to provide the ability to place it on a table or surface and consume content while the battery charges. But that makes it harder.
  • Colors: Apple only offers one finish for its MagSafe charger, and it’s silver. Those interested can purchase the Belkin proposal in black or white.
  • Price: The price of both chargers is the same and costs 49 euros for Apple and 49.95 euros for Belkin.
